Model details
A direct, hands-on front end for drum microphones, guitar cabinets, vocals and bass DI. The 512c combines API’s discrete 2520 amplifier with transformer coupling, a pad and clear output metering. Choose it when you want to establish the recording’s tone at the preamp, then send a line-level signal to a compressor such as the AudioScape 76A Deluxe.
