Founded by Josh Greene and Rebecca Sleeth, SSS provides audio engineers, event production, equipment rentals, and recording for Sacramento’s artists, venues, churches, and event organizers.

HOW THE COMPANY STARTED
A response to real demand.
Josh Greene and Rebecca Sleeth founded Sacramento Sound Solutions in 2023 after repeated calls for audio engineers, often at short notice. They built a team to cover those shows and provide continuing support for local venues.
Josh began selecting and mentoring engineers from American River College’s Recording and Music program. Rebecca brought her experience as a venue engineer, stage manager, and touring musician. Together, they built a company around dependable crews and practical support for performers and venues.

Rebecca Sleeth

Rebecca has sung and played bass guitar, piano, and percussion in Sacramento bands and toured as a performer. She brings that experience on stage to her work behind the console.
As a house engineer and stage manager at Goldfield Roseville and Powerhouse Pub in Folsom, she has worked with regional and national acts through load-in, soundcheck, and the show.
She has also taught bass and coached bands for multiple years in the Stairway to Stardom program at Skip’s Music.

Josh is a live sound engineer, production manager, and educator. As a full-time AV Technician for the Sacramento Kings and Golden 1 Center, he served as an A1/A2 audio engineer, mixing Kings games from the 2015–16 season through the COVID-19 shutdown in 2020.
His work included the Kings’ final game at Sleep Train Arena, their first at Golden 1 Center, and operating and maintaining Golden 1 Center’s 300 kW sound system.
He teaches MUSM 306 Live Sound Reinforcement at American River College, connecting acoustics and signal flow to microphone placement, system setup, and live mixing.

SSS & Skip’s Music.
Josh and Rebecca’s connection to Skip’s Music began years before SSS. Josh worked in its pro audio sales and rental departments and learned production through years of work with Skip Maggiora.
The partnership connects SSS’s engineers, instruction, and recording services with additional equipment and rehearsal space at Skip’s Music.
