ONE CEREMONY OR A RUN OF DATES

Help families follow the whole ceremony.

The audience needs to hear each name and speech, see the stage, and follow the program. We plan the PA and microphone setup around the audience area and use live cameras and LED screens where a closer view is needed.

We bring the required equipment, crew roles, and event schedule together in one proposal. Lighting, camera coverage, recording, and streaming are planned around how the ceremony will be presented.

For multiple ceremonies, we work through the dates, site access, setup windows, rehearsals, changeovers, and load-out with the organizer. A site plan and run of show help us plan speaker coverage, screen sightlines, camera positions, and cable routes.

CEREMONY PRODUCTION SERVICES

For guests on site and families watching remotely.

The package is based on your venue, audience, and program.

PA & microphones
Sound reinforcement for names, speeches, announcements, and music. We plan microphone positions and playback cues with the ceremony team.
Staging & lighting
Expandable Stageline SL75 staging with additional wings, modular stages, and lighting options. We work through the deck layout and entrances with your team.
LED screens & cameras
Live camera feeds give the audience a closer view of the ceremony. Presentations, names, and supplied graphics can be included in the screen program.
Livestreaming & recording
An online stream can include the live camera program and event audio. Recording and editing can be included, with the required deliverables agreed in advance.

Site & power
Send the venue, estimated audience, available electrical service, and any site restrictions. Generators and power distribution can be included when required.
Program & internet
Include ceremony dates, rehearsal times, presentations, and streaming requirements. We review the available internet connection before confirming the streaming plan.
