We provide sound equipment and engineers for wedding bands, plus DJ equipment and support. Setup and soundcheck fit your musicians, venue, and timeline.

Looking for performers? Explore band and DJ booking through SSS. For separate ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception locations, we plan each setup and transition with your planner. Our mountain wedding coverage includes Palisades Tahoe’s High Camp and Olympic Valley; the project below shows a gondola load-in.

Equipment rental or a crew for the day.

Rent a ceremony microphone and speaker package for your own operator, choose delivery and setup, or book full production with an engineer for the ceremony, reception, and live band. Explore the speech and background PA package for a ceremony, the separate music and dance PA package for a reception, or PA rental options for an equipment-only or delivered setup.

Ceremony sound
Wireless lavalier (lapel) microphones for the officiant and vows, handhelds for readings, and sound for live musicians or recorded music.
Cocktail hour & reception
Music, entrances, speeches, and toasts, with sound coverage that follows the day between spaces.
Live band support
A PA (sound system), monitor mixes so musicians can hear themselves, engineers, and backline (instruments and amplifiers) matched to the band’s requirements. Wireless instrument systems are available for performers such as a saxophonist.
Lighting & staging
Performance and reception lighting planned around your desired look, with staging where needed.
Recording & livestreaming
Audio, video, or a livestream for guests who can’t attend, coordinated with your photographer or videographer.

Ceremony and reception sound, with a gondola load-in.

Working with the planner and venue, SSS provided ceremony and reception sound and lighting, with production equipment transported by gondola.

Equipment and wireless support

Production equipment included the PA (sound system), mixing console, backline (instruments and amplifiers), DJ equipment, lighting, and a fog machine. SSS engineers also provided ceremony wireless microphones and a wireless system for the saxophonist.
