PRACTICAL AUDIO EDUCATION
Learn on the equipment you use.
Learn signal flow, gain structure, digital console routing, soundcheck, monitor mixes, and troubleshooting on your own equipment. Work one-on-one with an engineer or instructor at your location, or ask us to arrange a lesson room.
SSS instructors teach practical skills on the equipment you use. Josh Greene oversees the program and also teaches MUSM 306 Live Sound Reinforcement at American River College.

Venue sound support & training
Assess, troubleshoot or install.
Start with a venue sound system assessment: loudspeaker coverage, signal flow, settings, and equipment faults. We plan PA upgrades for bars, restaurants, schools, and clubs, identify specialist repairs, and prepare operating guides and staff training.
When repairs or upgrades are needed, we agree on the work and any specialist referrals before proceeding.
VENUE OPERATING GUIDES
Your system. Your knowledge. Your choice of engineer.
Give house staff, visiting productions, and fill-in engineers a clear guide to your room. We document equipment, input patches, signal flow, routing, saved console settings, startup, shutdown, and the routines used for your events.
Your venue keeps the guide and can share it with staff or visiting engineers. We trace the system, save its working settings, and flag anything that needs further investigation.
A handoff can include a walk-through of daily operation and common faults on your system.
Need fill-in or ongoing engineer coverage? We can familiarize SSS engineers—or an engineer you choose—with the room before their first show. Ask about coverage for one show or an ongoing schedule.

- Send equipment models, goals, group size, dates, and location. Photos and saved mixer settings help us prepare. Before booking, we agree on the instructor, session length, price, and any files, diagrams, or checklists you will receive.
- At your location or in a lesson room
- Work at your church, venue, school, or rehearsal space, or ask us to arrange a room. The quote includes any room costs. Coverage and acoustic issues may require an on-site visit.
