We work from your rider, stage plot, input list, schedule, and venue information. We coordinate with the artist or tour, venue, crew, and suppliers to establish equipment requirements, approved substitutions, responsibilities, and access before load-in.
Backline & equipment sourcing.
Browse the catalog for listed models or send the complete equipment request. SSS supplies its own equipment and can source additional requirements through Skip’s Music and established regional production vendors. Exact models, substitutions, pricing, and availability are confirmed for your dates.

Audio, lighting, video & playback.
Support can include PA and monitor systems, FOH and monitor engineering, lighting, LED screens and live video, playback, wireless, microphones, cabling, and power distribution. We confirm the equipment and services required for the show and how they connect with the venue’s systems.
Crew & show-day support.
Engineers, stage managers, technicians, delivery, setup, operation, and strike can be coordinated as part of the production. For short-notice requests, send the date, venue, schedule, and must-have requirements as soon as possible.
Rehearsal support.
SSS can coordinate backline, playback, audio, technical crew, and equipment delivery for local rehearsals. Rehearsal space is arranged only when specifically included in the confirmed scope.
