Hand-built in small batches in the USA, the 76A Deluxe recreates the UREI 1176 Rev A “Blue Stripe” circuit with an emphasis on the original’s tone and exceptionally fast response. New old stock (NOS) FETs, NOS Allen-Bradley carbon-composition resistors and Cinemag input/output transformers are central to AudioScape’s faithful approach.
Choose it for forward vocals, bass definition or energetic drums, with more harmonic grit as you drive the input. The Deluxe preserves the vintage circuit while adding wet/dry blend, sidechain high-pass filtering, stereo linking and an extended slower-attack range for retaining transients or blending parallel compression.
