We provide engineers for individual events and recurring venue schedules. The role may include patching, soundcheck, the audience mix, stage monitors, or stage management. We agree on responsibilities and working hours before the show.

Cofounder Rebecca Sleeth works as a house engineer and stage manager at Sacramento-area venues, including Powerhouse Pub in Folsom and regularly at Goldfield Roseville. Her work spans mixing performances and coordinating with artists and venue crews.

Cofounder Josh Greene’s background includes serving as A1 for the Sacramento Kings and Golden 1 Center. He also teaches MUSM 306 Live Sound as an adjunct professor at American River College, connecting hands-on technical training with professional show practice.

For churches, we provide respectful engineers who work with worship leaders and volunteers. Speech clarity, stage volume, musical balance, and the service schedule guide the mix.
