We started Sacramento Sound Solutions in August 2023 because venues kept calling for reliable audio engineers, often at the last minute. By September 2026, our team had covered approximately 2,000 shows and church services without a single engineer no-show.
We’ve also stepped in dozens of times when venues needed help with a cancellation, scheduling conflict, or emergency—even on show day.

Our team provides live sound for bands, concerts, breweries, and clubs. Venue experience includes Goldfield Trading Post (Roseville and Midtown Sacramento), Powerhouse Pub in Folsom, Folsom Hotel, Old Ironsides, and The Boardwalk in Orangevale. Send your console model—Midas, Behringer X32/WING, Allen & Heath, Yamaha, DiGiCo, or Avid—and show-file requirements so we can assign an engineer familiar with the system.

- Engineering and stage management
- Book engineers and stage managers independently of equipment rentals. We can cover both roles or work alongside your existing crew. We provide W-9 forms and certificates of insurance (COIs) for venues, schools and companies.
- Show preparation
- Send the console and stagebox models, PA and monitor details, stage plot, input list, and schedule from load-in through strike. Note known system faults and who handles patching, wireless microphones, and playback.
