This policy covers the Sacramento Sound Solutions LLC (SSS) website, inquiry forms, equipment lists, and Stage Plot Planner.

Inquiries and project information

We use the contact details, equipment selections, event or recording information, listening links, and attachments you provide to respond to your request and prepare a quote. Authorized SSS staff can access inquiries and attachments. Our hosting and email providers, including Cloudflare and Resend, process information needed to operate the site and deliver inquiry notifications.

When available, the originating page, landing page, referring website origin, and campaign parameters are saved privately with your inquiry. Your answer to “How did you find us?” is recorded separately.

Equipment lists and browser storage

Equipment selections, comparisons, and stage layouts are saved in your browser so you can continue planning. Visit context is kept for the browser session. You can remove locally saved information by clearing this site’s browser storage.

Save & Share creates a stored copy of your equipment list and stage layout. Anyone with the shared link can view its title, items, and layout. Contact details and inquiry attachments are not included. Avoid private information in list titles or stage labels.

Stage Plot Planner

Stage plots are saved in your browser and in project files you download. Riders you import are read inside your browser; the file and its text are not uploaded to SSS or anyone else. Rider excerpts kept with a plot stay in your browser and your downloaded project file.

Creating a share link stores a copy of the plot, input list, monitor mixes, gear list, title and notes so anyone with the link can view it. Rider text is never included, and contact details are included only if you choose. Optional rental-category links open SSS’s public equipment pages; your plot is not sent or added to a quote list.

Website usage and Google Analytics

The website counts actions such as equipment views, comparisons, additions to quote lists, Stage Plot Planner steps (starting, importing, exporting, sharing a plot), and taps on phone, text, and email links. These usage records do not contain your contact details or form contents. A contact-link tap does not confirm a completed call or message.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, referral sources, contact-link taps, and successful inquiry submissions. It may use cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send form contents or contact details to Google Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. The site respects Global Privacy Control for Google Analytics. Embedded content and site delivery

Some pages load Instagram video embeds. Fonts are served directly by this website. Instagram receives connection information when an embed loads and may apply its own privacy policies. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ policies. Our hosting and security services process network information to deliver and protect the site and may set security cookies.
