Model details
A transformerless FET condenser for vocals, acoustic instruments and general studio work. Cardioid, omni and figure-eight settings provide different balances of isolation and room pickup; the standard WA-47jr should not be confused with the cardioid-only SE model. The 70 Hz high-pass filter can reduce stand rumble or excess proximity bass when the source allows it. It requires 48V phantom from the recording chain, and the selected pattern determines how strongly the microphone includes the room and sound behind it.
