Model details
A compact dynamic microphone for close instrument pickup on stage or in the studio. Its contoured response makes it a familiar choice for snare drums, guitar cabinets and brass. Cardioid pickup helps isolate the nearby instrument, and its 40 Hz–15 kHz response leaves tonal choices to placement and console processing. A standard XLR microphone connection requires no phantom supply, making the same microphone straightforward to patch into a stagebox or recording preamp.
Typical uses: Snare drum · Guitar cabinet · Brass and percussion
