Model details
A boundary condenser designed for kick drums and other low-frequency instruments. Place it on a suitable surface inside the drum; its integrated preamp and full-size XLR simplify the connection compared with older boundary-microphone systems. The half-cardioid pickup pattern works against the boundary surface, while the contour switch offers a different low-mid balance before EQ. A phantom-powered XLR mic input is required, and the internal position can be combined with a separate outside-kick microphone when two channels are desired.
