Model details

Capture the weight of the drum as well as the crack of the stick. Snare Mic’s compact end-address design fits into a crowded kit, while its high- and low-pass choices let the engineer shape the balance before the signal reaches the preamp. Start flat for a broad view of the drum, use the low-pass options to soften cymbal spill, or engage a high-pass setting to reduce low-frequency intrusion from the rest of the kit. It supports top, side and bottom-snare positions and requires 48 V phantom power. Final isolation still depends on placement, tuning and the player.

Typical uses: Snare recording · Live snare reinforcement · Top and bottom snare positions
