Model details
Bring the compression design of the Hazelrigg VNE and D.W. Fearn VT-7 into a modular recording chain. The DNE uses their pulse-width-modulation circuit with transformer-coupled, solid-state audio stages.
Shape a vocal or instrument’s attack and recovery with direct timing controls; the detector high-pass filter reduces bass-driven compression. Use one channel for an individual source or a pair for stereo stems and mixes. Stereo linking is supported in a compatible rack. Paired DVA preamps and DLC EQs can complete a stereo tracking or hardware-processing chain.
Typical uses: Vocal and instrument dynamics · Stereo stem and mix compression · Complete stereo hardware chain
