Model details

A compact dynamic microphone for toms, percussion and other close-miked instruments. Its hypercardioid pickup helps separate individual sources on a busy stage. The 68 Hz–18 kHz response is a useful fit for rack toms and percussion where attack and midrange definition matter. It uses a standard XLR microphone input without phantom power, with placement chosen to keep the capsule clear of sticks and the rear pickup lobe away from competing sound.

Typical uses: Rack toms · Percussion · Brass
