Model details

A pencil condenser for overheads and acoustic sources where detail and compact placement matter. Its directional pickup helps balance the wanted instrument against nearby stage sound. Its 40 Hz–18 kHz response suits cymbal detail and acoustic instrument definition without requiring a large microphone body. A balanced XLR connection and phantom-powered preamp complete the signal path; overhead stands and placement should allow clearance above the performer.

Typical uses: Drum overheads · Acoustic instruments · Choir and ensemble pickup
