Model details
A side-address condenser for vocals, acoustic instruments and amplifier recording. Its high-pass filter reduces low-frequency rumble, while the pad provides headroom for louder sources. Its cardioid pattern favors the source in front of the capsule, making positioning important when recording in a live room. It connects to a microphone preamp with phantom power; engage the pad only when the source or preamp headroom calls for it.
