Model details
The J48 takes an unbalanced instrument signal to a balanced microphone-level XLR feed while its thru connection can continue to an amplifier. Its active input suits basses, acoustic instruments and other sources that benefit from a high-impedance load. Pad, polarity, ground-lift and high-pass controls help adapt the DI to a stage patch; it needs phantom power from the receiving preamp.
