SSS uses your contact details, equipment selections, event information and rider files to review your request and prepare a quote. Authorized SSS staff can access the request and its attachments.

Shared equipment links contain the equipment list, its title and any stage layout. Anyone with that link can view it. Contact details and rider attachments are not included in shared links. Avoid putting private information in list titles or stage labels.

Unsubmitted equipment selections and stage layouts are temporarily kept in your browser so you can continue planning. Choosing Save & Share creates a stored copy that can be opened from another device.

The catalog records counts of actions such as equipment views, comparisons and additions to quote lists. These records do not contain your contact details. Submitted inquiries and their status help SSS evaluate rental requests and bookings.
